​Hello,

my name is Patrick Volpini and I'm 61 years old.

School education is in electronic's domain, (D.E.S.T. of CNAM).

I worked at I.B.M. in La Gaude (France) from 1984 till 2000, then to Mariner Networks (Start_up) from 2000 till 2002 (closure) then to Texas Instruments Villeneuve Loubet (France) from 2003 till 2013.

Further to Texas Instruments mass redundancy in August, 2013, I have make trainings and began a reconversion.

I created my company (Bio Elec Concept) of electromagnetic diagnoses and compatible organic electricity in February, 2015.

My wife having become electro hyper sensitive ( E.H.S). in 2008, I had since this moment there begun to document me and to study this problem bound to the waves (low and high frequencies).

In 2013, it seemed to me obvious that I had to put in the service of other my knowledge and skills in it domain.

I thus bought all the equipment necessary for the detection of these phenomena, a high-end equipment who allows me to make precise and reproducible diagnoses.

I am also formed in the detection of sensitive (perceptible) phenomena that is the detection of the earth disturbances (weaknesses and veins of underground water, networks of Curry and Hartmann, Mazer points (pathogenic).

I participated in conferences on the waves and the health and conferences / debates on the waves and the electrical meter called "Linky".

I have in preparation an intervention / presentation to make an animation on this matter in an organic store/shop one Saturday all day long.

On this occasion, I shall make demonstrations of detection of low and high-frequency waves, I shall give you advice to decrease your exposure in these fields (electric, magnetic and electromagnetic) and I shall answer all your questions.
